Lead systems analysis, project delivery, requirements definition, troubleshooting, and professional leadership of AS400 development teams supporting HR and organizational systems. Coordinate complex integrations and cross-functional work with infrastructure, information security, and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements for HR and organizational systems
- Write business and technical specifications
- Manage projects, scope, tasks, timelines, and complex issues
- Provide professional leadership to AS400 developers
- Troubleshoot complex system issues
- Implement large-scale systems
- Coordinate integrations across platforms and with infrastructure, information security, and QA teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of systems analysis experience in an AS400 environment
- 4+ years of professional leadership and management of AS400 development teams
- Experience gathering requirements and writing technical and business specifications
- Experience managing complex issues, project scope, tasks, and timelines
- Experience implementing large-scale systems
- Experience coordinating integrations across multiple platforms
- Experience working with infrastructure and information security teams
- Relevant academic degree or practical engineering qualification, or equivalent professional experience
