Experienced Salesforce Project Manager needed to lead end-to-end implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful go-live. Requires 2-3+ years managing large-scale Salesforce projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end, from initiation through successful go-live.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and define project scope.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and external vendors.
- Oversee all project phases, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post go-live activities.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects from initiation through go-live.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex Salesforce implementation projects.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
