Lead Salesforce implementation projects for clients in Israel and abroad. Oversee budgets, timelines, and stakeholder management, ensuring successful delivery. Strong focus on Agile/Waterfall methodologies and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce projects within budget
- Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams for multiple clients
- Lead, define, and prioritize business functional requirements
- Produce and manage detailed project plans
- Create and review project documentation
- Set and manage deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and report weekly status
- Serve as main client contact
Requirements
- 3+ years managing Salesforce implementations and CRM systems
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive risk mitigation
- Translate business needs into technical plans
- Self-management and ability to execute from scratch
- Resilience under pressure and adaptability
- Professional interaction with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical skills for interpreting client needs
- Ability to resolve complex issues
