Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementations, aligning technology solutions with business goals. Oversee program roadmaps, budgets, and timelines; manage risks and stakeholder relationships; drive change management; and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing large-scale Salesforce programs.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery of all programs.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve inter-project dependencies.
  • Report program performance and business value to senior management.
  • Serve as primary contact for internal business clients, ensuring needs are met.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
  • Drive organizational change management for high user adoption.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects and engineers on solution design.
  • Ensure projects meet quality and data integrity standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to high performance.
  • Allocate resources effectively across the program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably with large-scale initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and Salesforce product landscape.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SmartSheet, PPM).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple interdependent projects with competing deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Program/Project Management certification (e.g., PgMP, PMP).
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder).
