Manage R&D tools from selection to governance, lead audits, drive AI-powered tool adoption, and run process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with R&D, IT, and Product teams. Requires 5+ years program management experience, system analysis skills, and familiarity with AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage all R&D tools including selection, implementation, support, and change requests.
- Oversee ALM, security, build, and AI-powered developer tools.
- Lead end-to-end process-change projects from requirements to delivery.
- Evaluate and roll out AI-powered tools and workflows across R&D.
- Coordinate and lead R&D audits, managing data collection and ownership.
- Collaborate with R&D teams, product managers, IT, and business operations.
- Perform business analysis and recommend best practices.
- Identify opportunities for tool and process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as Program Manager/PMO/Project Manager at a global software company.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools in daily work.
- Experience with system analysis and management.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
