Seeking a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end bid management for public and private sector tenders. Responsibilities include financial modeling, risk assessment, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end proposal process for RFPs, RFIs, and customer quotes
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams to gather inputs
- Analyze opportunities and assess commercial viability and strategic fit
- Prepare deal P&Ls and analyze pricing models
- Develop proposal plans and ensure deadlines are met
- Present proposal strategies and risk profiles to senior management
- Review and finalize proposal documents for quality and compliance
- Conduct post-submission debriefs and improve processes
- Maintain proposal database and historical data
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as Proposal Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in deal pricing and P&L
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
