Project Planner
Lead project planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure and railway construction projects. Bridge office plans with on-site execution, tracking progress, managing risks, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Use Primavera P6 and TILOS to ensure projects stay on schedule. Requires an industrial engineering degree and relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Translate project plans into executable schedules reflecting real-time site conditions.
- Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with baseline schedules.
- Identify delays, risks, and deviations early, and drive practical solutions.
- Conduct regular construction site visits to assess actual progress.
- Coordinate with civil works, systems installation, and testing teams to maintain workstream alignment.
- Prepare schedule updates, progress reports, and critical path analyses.
- Provide clear project status visibility to support decision-making.
- Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams, partners, and clients.
Requirements
- Experience in project planning and scheduling for construction, infrastructure, or railway projects.
- Strong understanding of project schedules, progress tracking, and critical path methodology.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Ability to interpret linear scheduling tools such as TILOS.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced, site-driven environment.
- Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
