Senior, hands-on Project Manager Team Lead within the Cyber Security PMO. Lead a team of three PMs, manage end-to-end security program delivery, cross-company stakeholder alignment, and PMO governance. Drive continuous improvement for a global AI cloud infrastructure company.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Project Managers, setting performance expectations and conducting reviews.
- Own end-to-end delivery of the CISO PMO portfolio, ensuring programs are on track and risks are managed.
- Establish and enforce PM standards, templates, and delivery frameworks; track and report KPIs.
- Act as the senior PM interface for cross-functional stakeholders, leading alignment and escalation resolution.
- Define and drive PMO governance rhythms, continuous improvement, and lessons-learned culture.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of project management experience with a strong delivery track record.
- Proven experience managing and developing other Project Managers.
- Hands-on experience running complex, cross-company programs with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work directly with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Deep Jira proficiency: project configuration, dashboards, workflows, reporting, and portfolio management.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in a CISO, SOC, GRC, or security operations environment.
- Familiarity with security tooling (SIEM, EDR, IAM, vulnerability management).
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, SOX).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
