Join a leading defense and space manufacturer to manage satellite communication projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure successful delivery to government and international clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage project performance, schedule, and budget from contract signing through development to delivery and integration at the client.
- Work in a matrix structure with various engineering entities, including external and internal subcontractors, locally and abroad.
- Lead the project team: system engineering, software development, hardware development, integration, and product support.
- Build and adhere to work plans with large financial scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or exact sciences – required.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in business project management in communication engineering, facing government ministries in Israel/IDF or large international clients – required.
- Willingness to travel abroad – required.
- Full proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) – required.
Nice to have
- MBA – advantage.
- Experience in satellite communication project management – advantage.
