Project Manager - Renewable Energy Construction
Lead large-scale renewable energy construction projects in Israel and Europe. Manage full project lifecycle: procurement, contract negotiation, scheduling, budgeting, risk management. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders. Requires engineering degree and 5+ years PM experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end construction of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage) from procurement to handover.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk management, including mitigation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business development, engineering, procurement, and finance.
- Manage external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, partners, and lenders.
- Provide regular project progress reports to internal management and external parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing infrastructure, construction, or energy projects.
- Experience in project contractor and designer management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project (or Primavera).
- High level of English (spoken, reading, writing).
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector.
- Experience managing international projects remotely.
- Experience working abroad or with international contractors.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
