Lead medium-voltage projects from planning to commissioning, managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate with panel manufacturers and international factories, ensure technical compliance, and support FAT/SAT. Requires practical electrical engineering and 3-5 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium-voltage projects end-to-end: planning, execution, supervision, and on-site commissioning.
- Develop work plans, track milestones, and manage schedules.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and identify deviations.
- Perform risk management and ensure timely issue escalation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, coordinate between stakeholders, lead meetings, prepare status reports.
- Manage relationships with local panel manufacturers, monitor design/production/delivery, ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with ABB factories abroad: orders, production, delivery, shipping; handle non-conformities.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, ensure standards compliance, support FAT/SAT.
Requirements
- Practical Electrical Engineer certification.
- 3-5 years project management experience in electrical/medium-voltage field.
- Proven ability to manage all stages of a project.
- Ability to read and analyze electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.
- Hebrew native level.
- English high level (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience working with international manufacturers/suppliers.
- Proficiency in Excel and project management systems.
