Manage end-to-end development and production of advanced military ground and naval systems, including budgeting, scheduling, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Ensure ILS and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of development and production projects for advanced military ground and naval systems.
- Matrix management of Systems Engineering teams, multidisciplinary engineering teams, and subcontractors.
- Managing project budgets, schedules, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Serving as primary point of contact (POC) with prime contractor and customers in Israel and abroad.
- Responsibility for the full Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) framework throughout the product lifecycle.
- Preparing proposals and cost estimates and supporting Marketing and Procurement activities.
- Ensuring compliance with system requirements, including qualification, proof-of-concept, and operational testing.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams and driving collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering – mandatory.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in project management.
- Practical experience in the development and installation of military systems.
- High-level technical English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership, team-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – a significant advantage.
