Seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary development projects for advanced missile, space, and command systems. Full responsibility from concept to delivery, including budget, schedule, resources, and customer relations. Collaborate with system engineers, production, and subcontractors locally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of project aspects including budget, schedule, objectives, and deliverables.
- Resource allocation and regular reporting to senior management.
- Continuous professional relationship management with clients and subcontractors.
- Leading and managing the project team with professional guidance.
- Cross-functional interfaces with system engineers, operations, R&D, production, and management.
- Managing collaborations with subcontractors and clients in Israel and abroad.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in multidisciplinary development project management.
- High English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in developing weapon systems.
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.
