Lead end-to-end air defense radar projects, overseeing planning, execution, coordination, budget, and schedule. Manage teams and suppliers, mitigate risks, and maintain customer satisfaction. Requires engineering degree and defense project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project end-to-end including planning, execution, coordination, meeting goals, schedule, and budget.
- Manage work teams and suppliers, track project progress, and report regularly.
- Identify and analyze risks and provide real-time solutions.
- Manage ongoing customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into a work plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Systems Engineering (mandatory)
- Experience in managing technological projects or equivalent senior command role in IDF or security agencies (mandatory)
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing) (mandatory)
Nice to have
- Experience in managing radar systems
- Experience working with military systems
