Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end within the long-term savings domain, from initiation and planning through full implementation.
- Manage diverse stakeholders across technology, operations, legal, and regulatory teams.
- Drive the alignment of business processes with regulatory changes while promoting continuous enhancement of professional knowledge across the organization.
- Translate business and legal decisions into practical solutions, including supporting the development of digital tools and automation (RPA) solutions.
Requirements
- Approximately two years of experience in project management and leading organizational processes.
- Strong ability to engage and influence business stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Good proficiency in Excel, including data querying, analysis, and reporting.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the long-term savings, pension, or financial services industry.
