Lead complex aviation maintenance projects. Manage customer contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and quality targets. Work with defense and government clients. Requires B.Sc. in Engineering and 3+ years in aviation maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance contracts and customer relationships
- Execute project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and financial targets
- Collaborate with defense and government clients
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
- Develop and update project work plans
- Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery to aviation quality standards
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in aviation maintenance
- Proven project management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces in a complex environment
Nice to have
- Experience working with the Ministry of Defense
- Familiarity with SAP
