Project Manager responsible for leading complex, multi-interface projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive project success. Utilize Monday.com for project tracking. Hybrid role based in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive project plans including scope, resources, and timelines, and plan tasks for sprints with ongoing tracking
- Partner with product managers to translate goals into actionable work plans
- Lead projects and manage integrations, dependencies, and blockers across multiple organizational interfaces
- Proactively manage risks and changes, addressing gaps through task prioritization
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budget, providing status updates to management
- Manage multiple concurrent projects using the Monday.com platform
- Initiate and promote improvements in work processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex, multi-interface projects
- Proficiency in Monday.com
- Relevant bachelor's degree or professional training in the field
- Strong ability to engage and motivate people in a matrixed, complex environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication, assertiveness, and ability to handle objections
- Initiative, independence, and high capability in planning and task prioritization
- Systemic perspective with attention to detail

- Familiarity with content development and creative processes
- Experience using AI tools in the workplace
