Lead end-to-end technology projects focused on AI, AI Agents, and LLMs for a large organization. Manage development processes, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. Work with government ministries and professional teams to drive digital solutions from requirements to launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology projects from requirements definition through implementation and launch
- Drive the development and implementation of AI-based digital solutions, AI Agents, and LLMs
- Define project needs and build detailed work plans
- Manage development processes, integrations, budgets, timelines, and risks
- Work closely with government ministries, vendors, and professional teams
- Lead projects through implementation and launch and measure their success
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing IT and technology projects
- Experience leading complex projects involving AI, AI Agents, LLMs, GenAI solutions, or innovative digital platforms
- Experience managing and leading Delivery teams and multidisciplinary projects, including collaboration with development, infrastructure, architecture, and information security teams
- Strong technological orientation and experience leading system integrations, evaluating solution alternatives, and managing complex technological interfaces
- Experience managing work plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and performance monitoring for complex projects
- Experience managing vendors and engagements and coordinating integration across multiple vendors and professional stakeholders
