Own and manage customer-facing projects throughout the full lifecycle, leading cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, R&D, Production, and Sales. Act as primary customer contact, identify risks, facilitate meetings, provide data-driven status updates, and drive continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from scope to delivery, ensuring timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, R&D, Production, and Sales.
- Serve as primary customer contact, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Facilitate project meetings and track action items.
- Provide clear, data-driven status updates to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization.
- Utilize project management tools for visibility and control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice to have
- Experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience with MS Project, Priority ERP, or similar PM tools.
- Project Management certification.
