Lead and manage multiple technology projects and ongoing operations. Coordinate with internal users, interfaces, and suppliers. Track progress, report to management, identify and resolve blockers. Requires significant project management experience, supplier management, and ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and goals.
- Maintain and manage ongoing operational activities.
- Lead users and manage interfaces with various internal stakeholders.
- Manage suppliers and track task execution and deliverables.
- Report status and project progress to management.
- Identify blockers, promote tasks, and provide solutions independently.
Requirements
- Proven and significant experience in project management - mandatory.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - mandatory.
- Experience in supplier management - mandatory.
- Experience working with and leading internal users and interfaces.
- Ability to work independently, drive processes, and take end-to-end responsibility.
- Ability to work with management and senior stakeholders.
- High self-management, order, organization, and task prioritization.
- Assertiveness, initiative, and ability to drive and lead.
