Experienced Project Manager responsible for project setup, onboarding, and ongoing system maintenance for a construction intelligence platform. Leads cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder communication, tracks KPIs, and drives continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead project setup, onboarding, and transition from kickoff through full implementation at client site.
- Act as operational owner for system setup, client requests, system issues, and optimizations.
- Serve as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across all project phases.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and recurring issues, and escalate appropriately.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex technical projects in global environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and designing automated workflows.
