Experienced Project Manager responsible for leading complex technical project implementations from kickoff to client site onboarding, managing cross-functional teams, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement for a construction intelligence platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead project kickoff through full implementation at client site, ensuring smooth transition and on-time delivery.
- Act as operational owner, managing system setup, client requests, system issues, and optimizations.
- Serve as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve recurring bottlenecks.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure project success.
- Conduct monthly result analyses and optimize delivery workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and designing automated workflows.
- Strong ability to learn complex systems quickly.
