High-energy, execution-driven Project Manager to lead full-lifecycle physical product projects from concept to launch. Own scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and supplier coordination. Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary consumer product projects (hardware, software, mechanics, packaging, production)
- Own project plans, schedules, tasks, meeting summaries, risk logs, documentation, and release-readiness checklists
- Track project budgets, target BOM costs, and resource allocation
- Lead project meetings and follow up on action items until closure
- Work closely with factories, OEM/ODM partners, and international subcontractors
- Support certification, compliance, production readiness, and post-launch improvements
- Provide clear visibility to management on project status, risks, and priorities
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of technical or multidisciplinary project management experience OR proven track record leading projects
- Basic knowledge in electronics and mechanics
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to work with China and US time zones (including early hours) and travel to China ~3–4 times/year
Nice to have
- Engineering degree (B.Sc. in IE&M / Electrical / Mechanical)
- Experience working with international suppliers and vendors
- Experience in consumer electronics goods
- Knowledge of ISO, certifications, and regulations
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Notion)
