A defense and electronics manufacturer is seeking a Project Controls Engineer in Ashdod to plan, manage, and monitor budgets and operational performance for projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and continuously monitor project budgets
- Monitor and analyze information affecting project target achievement
- Analyze workloads and allocate resources
- Identify bottlenecks and analyze performance trends
- Produce lessons learned and develop improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management is required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
- English proficiency is required
- Analytical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks over extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Previous experience in PMO, project planning, or project controls
- Familiarity with SAP
- Understanding of financial reports
