Lead complex cross-functional projects within Trustworthy Personalization, driving the Universal Profile roadmap. Define program portfolio, establish review cadences, build cross-org alliances, and manage risks to deliver impactful AI surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex, cross-functional projects within the Trustworthy Personalization organization, driving the Universal Profile roadmap.
- Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact, focusing on foundational identity boundaries and personalization models.
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, prioritization, and technical dependencies across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and User Experience Research.
- Build alliances with cross-organization stakeholders to untangle ambiguous architectural requirements and establish clear milestones, delivery phases, and launch criteria for AI surfaces.
- Implement communication standards across the portfolio, identifying and mitigating critical path risks proactively to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience leading cross-functional programs and teams.
- 5 years of experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across various functions, particularly in environments with indirect authority.
- Experience launching consumer-facing features through both frontend and backend platform development.
Nice to have
- Experience driving large, complex technical programs spanning multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams across different pillars.
