Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of instructors
- Lead participant selection, evaluation, and measurement
- Manage partnerships and regional development
- Lead major projects such as conferences, camps, and training
- Handle administrative management, reports, and attendance tracking
Requirements
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- High proficiency in Hebrew (fluent)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Independent problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in informal education
- Arabic language skills
