Lead complex multidisciplinary programs for the global defense market, overseeing end-to-end technical programs, coordinating across engineering, R&D, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, while managing budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of technical programs: planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities among Engineering, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality.
- Oversee production schedules, customer deliveries, budgets, and program milestones.
- Act as primary interface for customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders globally.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Present program status and decisions to senior management and customers.
- Ensure on-time, within-budget, quality delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing multidisciplinary technical projects or programs.
- Experience with hardware-based products: manufacturing, assembly, integration, and delivery.
- Engineering degree: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or similar.
- Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in defense or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
