Oversee residential building projects from execution to handover, manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, obtain quotes, and serve as the main point of contact for private clients, ensuring high quality and safety standards. Position based in Pardes Hanna with site visits in the Sharon and Carmel regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction processes from ground breaking to delivery.
- Manage schedules, milestones, and ensure high quality and safety standards.
- Synchronize, coordinate, and closely supervise contractors and subcontractors on site.
- Obtain price quotes from various suppliers, compare prices, and establish long-term working relationships.
- Provide close support to clients (homeowners), update them regularly on project status, and proactively solve problems while building trust.
Requirements
- Civil Engineer (practical engineer) – mandatory.
- Certified Work Manager – significant advantage.
- Proven experience in managing, supervising, or overseeing residential construction projects in Israel.
- Highly organized, responsible, with a proven ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and strong people skills – ability to work with premium private clients while assertively managing workers and contractors.
- Ability to read and analyze work plans and technical specifications.
