Lead and scale cross-functional execution across product, R&D, delivery, customer success, support, sales, and finance for a global SaaS organization.
Responsibilities
- Own tracking and management of cross-functional workstreams
- Define and monitor scope, ownership, timelines, status, blockers, and risks
- Run weekly program and execution reviews across business functions
- Track actions, commitments, dependencies, and handoffs between teams
- Standardize program tracking, reporting, templates, and execution workflows
- Improve delivery predictability, accountability, and operational discipline
- Provide visibility into customer deployments and delivery risks
- Maintain dashboards and real-time reporting for leadership
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Support OKR tracking and PI Planning to align strategic goals with team execution
Requirements
- More than 8 years of experience in program management, PMO, or operations within a global SaaS company
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing a small team
- Experience building and maintaining OKR or PI planning frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional execution in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with product, R&D, and customer-facing teams
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce dashboards and reports
- Experience working with global, distributed teams
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through skills
Nice to have
- Experience in EV charging, energy management, or infrastructure platforms
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe frameworks
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment
