Lead statutory planning for urban renewal projects at a development and contracting company. Manage full planning lifecycle from feasibility to approvals, coordinate architects and consultants, and represent the company before planning authorities. Requires architecture degree and deep knowledge of TABA procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle planning processes from initiation, feasibility studies, preliminary planning, and approval with planning institutions.
- Full control and understanding of local/district TABA issuance process.
- Manage consultant meetings for planning coordination and project advancement.
- Set goals for architects, planners, and project consultants.
- Obtain price quotes from consultants and appoint consultants and planners.
- Promote approvals with authorities.
Requirements
- Architect or architectural engineer - mandatory.
- Experience with AutoCAD - mandatory.
- Previous experience in planning management and promoting TABA with local authorities and planning bodies.
- Management and control of planning teams - work with architects and consultants.
- Examination of rights for potential transactions.
- Professional monitoring and control of planning documents.
- Preparation of presentations, rights analysis, representation before local authorities and planning institutions.
- Professionalism, diligence, organizational skills, order, and thoroughness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously, determination, and assertiveness.
