Lead operational projects from planning to execution in a dynamic renewable energy technology company. Oversee construction, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and timelines across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational projects through planning, execution, and handover
- Develop work plans, schedules, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and engineering teams
- Supervise company sites nationwide, identify bottlenecks, and deliver real-time solutions
- Conduct status meetings, track tasks, and update project management systems
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure
- Practical engineer or engineer degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with subcontractors and professional teams
- Strong multitasking and independent work capability
- Willingness to travel frequently to sites across the country
Nice to have
- Experience with project management systems, especially Jira
- Background in energy projects, solar facilities, or battery energy storage systems (BESS)
