Experienced Operational Excellence Project Manager leading cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. Partners with field teams, analyzes data, and implements sustainable process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operational excellence projects across business units.
- Redesign business processes and organizational workflows.
- Partner with frontline teams and headquarters to implement change.
- Define business requirements for information systems.
- Analyze operational data and build decision-support models.
- Promote continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (mandatory)
- 5+ years experience leading Operational Excellence, O&M, or Business Process Improvement projects
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional process transformations
- Experience working closely with operational field teams and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in transportation, maintenance, field operations, or infrastructure
- SAP ERP experience
- Consulting background
