NPI Project Manager
Lead new product introduction projects in a global manufacturing company. Manage cross-functional teams through product lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate ECOs, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, overseeing execution, planning, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage all phases of product lifecycle management (PLCM) and product launch process (PLP), including scope, timelines, and production schedules.
- Monitor, report, and manage project status; identify risks and build mitigation plans.
- Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and proactively communicate program status to stakeholders.
- Serve as the main customer contact, understanding business and technical needs, and assisting with ongoing implementation.
- Review and accelerate ECO release by evaluating content completeness and impact on products and processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or leading cross-organizational teams.
- At least 1 year of experience in an engineering or product environment.
- Strong program/project management skills and ability to drive multiple interfaces.
- Experience leading high-performance matrix teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Good written and spoken English.

- Knowledge of NPI, PCBA, SMT, or hardware.
