Seeking a coordinator to support maths program development through project coordination, curriculum creation, and content localization. Collaborate with international teams to ensure quality and consistency of educational materials. Teaching component provides practical feedback for program improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and revision of pedagogical materials and educational resources.
- Organize and monitor curriculum development projects from planning to completion.
- Oversee the publication and alignment of content on the Teacher LMS.
- Act as the primary communication link between franchisees/customers and the internal design team.
- Coordinate the localization of materials for international markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in creating new educational content, lessons, activities, and teacher resources.
- Review existing materials to identify improvement opportunities.
- Teach MathRiders classes (3-4 hours/week) to inform program development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Maths Education, Education, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience teaching maths to children.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Passion for children's education and maths education.
Nice to have
- Experience with educational publishing or curriculum design.
- Familiarity with game-based learning methodologies.
- Experience working with graphic designers.
- Experience with Canva or similar content creation tools.
- Experience working in an international organization.
