Lead cross-functional technology projects and perform systems analysis for complex medical record systems in a healthcare environment. Oversee project lifecycle, gather requirements, design solutions, and manage integrations with development, QA, and clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-organizational technology projects from initiation to implementation.
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, scope, and risk.
- Coordinate and drive multiple technology, business, and clinical stakeholders.
- Manage project status and present progress to senior stakeholders.
- Analyze and design complex medical information systems and modules.
- Write functional and technical specification documents.
- Design APIs, interfaces, and integrations between internal and external systems.
- Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
- Investigate complex system issues and drive solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing complex technology projects.
- Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end technology project.
- 3-4+ years of experience in complex systems analysis.
- Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications.
- Experience designing APIs and ESB-based integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with an Information Systems specialization.
- Strong ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders without direct managerial authority.
- Excellent system-level thinking and multitasking capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a large enterprise environment with complex integrated systems.
- Experience with Kafka or ESB technologies.
