Manage the design and implementation of system integrations for a university research services environment. Map existing systems, identify gaps, lead integration projects, manage vendors, and support training and change management.
Responsibilities
- Map existing university systems and identify integration opportunities
- Lead the design and implementation of system integrations supporting research processes
- Partner closely with the University's IT Division and key stakeholders
- Identify technology gaps and oversee the implementation of targeted solutions
- Manage vendors, researchers, leadership teams, and IT partners
- Support training, change management, and successful adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing IT projects, including enterprise systems and integrations
- Proven experience working with ERP systems and integrating services into existing platforms
- Strong integration-first mindset and ability to leverage existing solutions
- Experience collaborating closely with institutional or enterprise IT teams
- Fluent Hebrew and English
