Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning through production deployment, managing cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and vendors. Coordinate business and technical stakeholders to deliver strategic technology initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning to production deployment.
- Build project plans, define milestones, and manage MVP deliveries.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and vendors.
- Lead steering committees, executive status meetings, and project reporting.
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, Infrastructure, QA, Business Analysis, and Architecture.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Drive project execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.
- Experience managing technology projects within financial or banking organizations.
- Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of enterprise information systems and business processes.
