Lead end-to-end technology projects for a large enterprise organization in Israel, from initial planning and requirements through testing, implementation, and customer delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex IT and technology projects from initiation through deployment
- Define project scope, requirements, work plans, Gantt charts, budgets, and schedules
- Manage tender processes, external vendors, subcontractors, and organizational interfaces
- Oversee system analysis, testing, integration, and user rollout
- Coordinate project delivery through final customer implementation
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing and controlling end-to-end technology projects
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, frameworks, and work-plan execution
- Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and cross-departmental collaboration
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including leading without formal authority
- Holistic business perspective and excellent interpersonal skills
