Infrastructure Project Manager
Manage technology infrastructure projects end-to-end, including system administration, servers, storage, backup, and VDI environments. Coordinate with technical stakeholders, prepare specifications, and ensure successful implementation and upgrades in a large organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage technology infrastructure projects covering system administration, physical and virtual servers, DBA, storage, backup, AS/400, and Linux.
- Manage interfaces with technical stakeholders including Information Security, Networking, Development, Technical Support, and end users.
- Provide end-to-end support for infrastructure technology upgrade and implementation projects.
- Prepare technical specifications, test documents, and project initiation presentations; monitor progress and report status.
- Travel to various organization sites as required.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response outside regular hours.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a Technology Infrastructure Project Manager with enterprise infrastructure in a large organization.
- At least 5 years of experience writing technical specifications for infrastructure technology projects.
- Knowledge and experience managing projects involving Microsoft products including Active Directory.
- Knowledge and experience managing VMware Horizon-based VDI environments.
- Knowledge and experience managing Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) and hybrid solutions.
- Knowledge and experience managing storage and backup system projects.
- Knowledge and experience managing integrated networking and information security infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice to have
- Experience establishing computing infrastructure in a large organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products including Azure.
- Familiarity with cloud projects under the Israeli Accountant General's Nimbus framework.
