Information Systems Project Manager – Application Projects

Manage end-to-end application information systems projects in an on-site, full-time role in Yakum, Israel, with occasional travel to company branches.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application information systems projects.
- Gather requirements, define specifications, and build project work plans.
- Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Configure systems, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and support implementations.
- Manage system interfaces and integrations and understand information flows.
- Coordinate with software vendors, development houses, business stakeholders, and users.
- Lead QA and UAT processes through go-live.
- Support users through training and organizational change adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of significant experience leading application information systems projects in a medium-sized or large organization.
- Previous experience within an information systems or technology team.
- Experience managing projects end to end, including requirements gathering, specification, implementation, testing, adoption, and go-live.
- Hands-on experience working with information systems beyond project coordination and management.
- Technical understanding of system interfaces, databases, and information flows.
- Experience managing vendors and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, industrial engineering, engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience leading HRIS projects and knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Experience with ERP systems, digital transformation, or regulated environments.
- Experience using or implementing AI tools in an organization.
