Seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager & Analyst to lead AS400 system changes, manage project scope and timelines, coordinate developers, and ensure seamless integration across environments. Requires deep AS400 analysis expertise, RPG familiarity, and strong coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document user requirements for information systems changes.
- Implement system changes with developer support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with developer assistance.
- Manage scope, timelines, and costs for system changes.
- Coordinate interfaces, installations, and liaise with infrastructure and security teams.
- Guide testing teams and communicate with customers.
- Perform activities during organizational infrastructure changes.
- Prepare and present documents to IT and user forums.
- Work with administrative information systems and follow IT procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant academic or professional education, including a recognized Systems Analysis course.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in AS400 information systems analysis (within last 10 years).
- At least 4 years of experience managing and coordinating AS400 developers (within last 10 years).
- Proven expertise in analyzing complex, large-scale AS400 systems.
- Strong end-to-end systems perspective and experience implementing large-scale systems with cross-environment integration.
- Familiarity with RPG programming language in an AS400 environment (version 3+).
- Native-level proficiency in Hebrew.
- High-level proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
