Seeking an ILS Program Manager to tailor logistics solutions, manage customer relationships, prepare proposals, oversee budgets, and deliver training. Requires managerial experience in ILS, a technical/engineering/managerial degree, and high-level English.
Responsibilities
- Tailor and adapt ILS solutions for customers from proposal to implementation and handover to customer service.
- Matrix manage development, operations, and program managers, controlling budgets and adhering to work plans.
- Manage customers/territories for all ILS, post-sale, and pre-sale aspects.
- Prepare price proposals, ILS documents/analyses, LCC calculations, and long-term maintenance contracts.
- Deliver and implement technical literature and training, including establishing second-level labs domestically and abroad.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or managerial field.
- Managerial experience in ILS.
- Experience working and negotiating with customers locally and abroad.
- High-level English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with India.
- Experience establishing a second-level lab.
