Responsibilities
- Manage the licensing and planning department and lead a professional team.
- Take responsibility for licensing processes and submission of building permit applications and information files.
- Work regularly with local authorities, planning committees, and city engineers.
- Coordinate and manage interfaces with architects, consultants, and project managers.
- Track the status of licensing processes, identify and promote barriers, and meet targets.
- Accompany projects from planning and licensing stages until building permit receipt.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in licensing and planning, including work with planning committees and authorities.
- Experience in urban renewal projects.
- Proficiency in licensing systems.
- Experience in team management and process leadership.
- High ability to manage multiple interfaces, organization and excellent interpersonal communication.
