Lead end-to-end Priority ERP implementation projects for enterprise clients in construction and real estate. Responsibilities include business process analysis, user training, project management, and on-site client support. Opportunity to drive digital transformation and work with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Implement Priority ERP systems for client companies.
- Manage implementation projects from planning to control at client sites.
- Characterize business needs and processes in collaboration with the client.
- Deliver professional training to client users and teams.
- Lead processes, solve problems, and implement operational changes.
- Provide high-level professional service and customer relations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing Priority ERP systems – mandatory.
- Experience in client-facing work and managing on-site implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability in process characterization, communication, and leading change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work extensively at client sites in the Gedera-Hadera area.
Nice to have
- Significant advantage for experience in additional ERP/SAP/CRM implementations.
- Advantage for familiarity with the construction and real estate industry.
- Relevant academic degree – advantage.
