Drive end-to-end program lifecycle, cross-functional execution, financial monitoring, and PMO governance for a global medical device company. Translate executive vision into operational plans, manage portfolio prioritization, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and govern the corporate roadmap for all key business initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional execution, track milestones, manage interdependencies, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Hold department heads accountable for deliverables, operational targets, and deadlines.
- Track and analyze financial health, ROI, and KPIs of major programs.
- Partner with Finance to align project budgets with corporate forecasting.
- Synthesize operational and financial data into executive dashboards.
- Establish project prioritization methodology based on business impact and resource capacity.
- Identify, assess, and escalate risks; drive mitigation plans.
- Facilitate weekly/monthly execution reviews and governance forums.
- Standardize methodologies, templates, and KPIs across the organization.
- Prepare status reports and communication materials for executive leadership.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, or Management Consulting.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead through matrix management without direct authority.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Fluent English with excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Experience in global medical device or multidisciplinary companies.
