Lead electromechanical installation and construction projects from site handover to delivery. Manage work plans, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and oversee engineering and logistical aspects to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end electromechanical installation and construction projects
- Develop work plans and project schedules from technical drawings
- Coordinate activities with clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams
- Oversee engineering, logistical, and operational project aspects
- Resolve on-site challenges and make real-time decisions
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Provide regular status updates to the Site Manager
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing installation, construction, or electromechanical projects
- Proven experience managing on-site teams and subcontractors
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good level of English – written and spoken
- Willingness to work at client sites, including working at heights
- Valid driver's license
