Digital Transformation Lead
Act as strategic technology partner driving digital transformation, data, and AI initiatives for a pharmaceutical cluster. Develop technology roadmap, manage portfolio, lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure governance, and promote adoption of enterprise solutions to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technology partner, bridging business and enterprise digital, data, and AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and prioritize technology demand.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio and roadmap aligned with business priorities and enterprise strategy.
- Represent technology in leadership forums, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
- Drive adoption of enterprise platforms, AI, and data solutions, emphasizing business value and user adoption.
- Lead strategic digital initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Champion responsible AI practices and promote approved enterprise tools for compliance and sustainability.
- Coordinate with global delivery teams to prioritize initiatives and manage escalations.
- Establish operating models and support structures for long-term solution sustainability.
- Monitor performance, adoption, risks, and dependencies, providing insights to leadership.
- Ensure governance, risk, compliance, and security standards are met.
- Act as a thought leader on technology and AI, highlighting emerging opportunities and innovations.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in IT, digital, data, or analytics within life sciences or pharma.
- Strong understanding of commercial business processes.
- Hands-on experience with data, analytics, and AI solutions.
- Proven leadership in digital transformation and enterprise change initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Cross-functional portfolio/program management experience.
- Knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
- Understanding of digital governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience with enterprise technology platforms and digital ecosystems.
