Manage digital and CRM projects from requirements to delivery, coordinate with development teams and vendors, and drive implementation in the insurance industry. Requires 3+ years of relevant experience and technical documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital and CRM projects from specification to launch
- Analyze and define business requirements and processes in insurance
- Write business, functional, and technical specification documents
- Coordinate with software houses, development teams, and business units
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and change control
- Promote and implement digital solutions with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in project management for information systems or digital, in an insurance or financial organization
- Experience writing business, functional, and technical specifications
- Experience working with development teams and external suppliers
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate or UiPath
- Experience with MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Matrix leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multi-interface environment
