Construction Solution Manager

Oversee full lifecycle of digital twin implementation for construction projects. Lead technical discussions, translate construction methodologies into platform solutions, and ensure client success. Requires 3+ years field experience in construction, BIM knowledge, and MEP understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital twin solutions for local and global construction projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project realities.
  • Lead technical and construction-focused discussions with clients during discovery and implementation.
  • Serve as a construction subject matter expert, guiding internal teams with field experience.
  • Translate project construction methodologies into digital twin frameworks reflecting actual build processes.
  • Combine design standards with client-specific requirements to maximize platform value across the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodology by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Play a key role during implementation and onboarding, representing client needs and company strategy.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure client success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field experience in construction projects, ideally large-scale or major projects.
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Working knowledge of BIM environments and 3D modeling software.
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems and complex construction methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage clients and lead discovery sessions confidently.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Ability to attend the Tel Aviv office at least 4 days per week; non-standard hours possible.

Nice to have

  • Experience with large-scale or complex MEP construction projects like data centers.
  • Proficiency in 3D coordination and BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks Manage, Tekla, or Archicad.
  • Familiarity with construction scheduling software (Primavera P6, PowerProject, Microsoft Project).
  • Understanding of MEP-heavy coordination challenges.
  • Additional languages (German, French, or others).
