Responsibilities
- Supervise residential construction projects
- Ensure quality of work performed on site
- Track project timelines
- Manage contractor accounts
- Coordinate with planners
- Liaise with local authorities and third parties
- Monitor and control project budgets
- Oversee project completion and delivery including Form 4
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or execution
Nice to have
- Previous experience in supervisory companies
- Experience in residential construction
- Experience working with local authorities
